When I got this wonderful book for my birthday, I was very excited.... 44 Softie Projects!!!

Nick chose the fabrics; I loved his choice of red - reminds me of Clifford! And the blue bones and paw prints on the left is the fabric used for the underside of the ears and the tummy.
It was my first time sewing a gusset and darts, but it wasn't too tricky. The trickiest thing is deciding which project to try next!

wonderful! I just ordered a similar softie book from the library...thats funny, we must be thinking along the same lines.
I really must learn how to sew, he is so cute. I LOVE that he looks like Clifford.
