Drawstring Bag

This bag was inspired by my younger daughter's current obsessed with... frogs. One of my friends from TAFE gave her a big green Frog for Christmas (Thank you, Tatiana!). We find him placed lovingly around the house in various positions, as he is seen here ... waiting patiently for some morning tea!

I wanted to make Elly something special to take to Pre-school this year and I thought of a little draw-string bag for her sheet-set to go inside. We stopped off at The Craft Depot on the way home from Mimi and Poppy's last week and Elly chose some fabric. I finally got around to sewing it up this afternoon and took inspiration from the Froggies crowns to make a little felt monogram for the front of the bag;

When Elly sees something with a capital 'E on it, she recognises it as the spelling of her name, so there is definitely no confusion about whose bag this is;
