Happy Australia Day!

We celebrated with not one, but two cakes. 

First, this delicious Lamington Sponge;

And much to their delight, my friend Tatiana and her husband dropped in and made good on a promise to the girls of a delicious Chocolate Mud Cake;

They had just been for a swim and their smiles could not have been bigger. Their appetites too - they each had two slices!
